Hello Team,
I have issue with the TCS Alumni portal. I have logged a ticket over the portal 1 week back and issue which i have addressed there required to be resolved on urgent basis for me. It has been more than 1 week but still my ticket is in pool status and has not been assigned to anyone till now. Also, since today morning, the 'Help Desk' option is also not visible so i am unable to track my ticket as well. Please let me know what is going on over the portal and why it is taking so much time to address my issue. Please look into this as as need my ticket to get resolved on urgent basis.
