I am unable to login to my account as my reset password link is not working. Despite having raised tickets the issue has not been resolved since a week. I am not receiving an email communication on the same. Hence, i am unable to access the portal. There is no helpline where i can address the issue. I have to initiate my pf withdrawal urgently as i am moving abroad. Please help me.

Can anyone confirm how many after registering to Alumini portal we get the response? I have registered almost a week ago and didn't get any response. Can't find any helpline number too.

Appreciate quick help.!!
