I am TCS ex employee and I am unable to reset the TCS Alumin password. I have used all the criteria's as mentioned to reset the password. But I am still getting the error. I need to withdraw PF money and I am very much in need of. Please help resolve the issue.

I left TCS on Feb 2022. I want Form 16 for AY[protected] to file IT which is due date in 31st July. Since I'm trying to login into www.aluminiportal.tcs.com but its showing 'Site Under Mantaince'.
Please help me to get Form 16 as soon as possible

i am trying to login to TCS alumini portal. I changed password but when I try to login it just shows processing for hours and nothing happens.
I had raised ticket it got resolved but still it does not work.
I urgently need form 16 to file income tax.
Please resolve this ASAP
