Hi,
I have resigned from TCS on 12th June, 2023. According to standard SOP, I should register in TCS alumni portal 1 day after last working day where I will get my documents like Service certificate, Full and final settlement and others. I followed the SOP and registered in alumni portal on 13th June, after 1 day I received mail that registration information successfully processed. However, when I try to login to portal with my employee ID, it shows ‘user id not registered’. But when I try to register again, it shows ‘already registered’. I have raised 2 tickets (1087536 and 1085673) in the portal and even after 3 days, I did not get a single reply. I tried to search for any customer care number but in vain. Now, as I have resigned from my company, I have no contact to resolve this issue and the HR is not replying. After looking for every other resolution online, yet I am left with no solution and no reply from anyone even after 3 days.
I kindly request you to help me in this regard so that I can login to portal.
