Tata Consultancy Services — unable to register to tcs alumni portal
I am an ex employee of tcs and trying to register to tcs alumni portal for an urgent work. However i am unable to register myself on the portal inspite of providing correct details. I am getting the following message in mail "details provided by you are not matching with the one you had during your tenure at tcs". I have raised a ticket (Ticket number : 252579) from the "contact us" option mentioning the same issue.
As there is no other contact to reach regarding this issue, requesting to look into it and help resolve this as soon as possible.
