Tata Consultancy Services — unable to register to tcs alumni portal

I am an ex employee of tcs and trying to register to tcs alumni portal for an urgent work. However i am unable to register myself on the portal inspite of providing correct details. I am getting the following message in mail "details provided by you are not matching with the one you had during your tenure at tcs". I have raised a ticket (Ticket number : 252579) from the "contact us" option mentioning the same issue. Hi Team,

I left TCS on Sep 2017, not able to Login on TS alumani portal,

Not able to reset password, as it saying Invalid ID.

I have complain but no response from TCS side.

details provided by you are not matching with the one we had during your tenure at TCS.hence we cannot active your account why again and again not allowed me to register, I want to download the payslip is theirs any other way then let me know and ps number is not active now and I don't have ultimax autheticator too so tell me other way
