Hi, my last day with TCS was 28th June 2021. By 7th August, my ID card and TCS asset has reached the company. Its been 1 month since I have completed all my formalities, but haven't received my Service letter yet. I am requesting them daily by sending mails to release my Service letter and relieving letter, but they are not even responding to my mails. Whenever my manager replies on top of my mail then only the Bangalore Separation team is responding, but even then they are not releasing my Service letter or helping with the process. Once they replied saying Ill receive all my letter by 27th August 2021, but I have received none. another time they responded by sending the Interim Release letter but my last day at TCS is mentioned as 30th June 2021, where as my actual last day was 28th June 2021, even I have the proof of resignation acceptance letter by HR. I am informing them daily that my last date is mentioned incorrectly and please release the letters with correct date. but as usual they are not responding. I have even raised a ticket at TCS Alumni.
I am in urgency as my new company has kept my job ONHOLD. if I don't submit my Service Letter by 11th September 2021 then it will affect my job seriously. I have informed them the urgency too and what will happen if I don't submit the Service letter at new company but they simple chose to ignore my mails.
So I have decided to complain here as I saw many employees got help here.
Please help me in getting all my letters (relieving, release letter and Service letter and FF Statement) with correct dates and by 11th September 2021. Please Was this information helpful? |
