My icici food card which I got 5 years back is expired now. Can you please help me in getting my new card

Its being more than 45 days and I am still waiting for my FFS. I am not getting any reply from HR and in alumini it's just shows me to connect with HR for IS clearance. I need my service letter and it's really disappointing that they don't care to reply or provide status. I want my service letter

I got an offer from TCS and they provided joining date. On the day of joining, I did induction and all but I did not received employee ID. So I asked to recruitment (TCS Employee). She connected to BGC team and said your BGC is negative. I asked for reason, they said you worked in one company and not listed here so your BGC is negative. I provided clarification and all but they are saying now we can not proceed your candidature. Already I resigned and served notice period from current organization. Now I have not any Job. They ruined my career totally.

My last working day was on 24tg August, still I haven't received my Initial relieving letter(provisional letter till company provides full and final settlement). My seperation officer not even acknowledged my emails, not taking up my calls. I even raised tickets in alumni portal, but they are asking me to check with seperation officer. My current employer need my certificate letter. Not sure what to do.

The quality is not so good and the cover hardly fit ...very disappointed and total waste of money

I even raised tickets in alumni portal, but they are asking me to check with seperation officer. My current employer need my certificate letter. Not sure what to do.

Before the beginning of ILP(Initial Learning Program), I was given a URL "https://www.tcs.com/careers/xplore". Upon logging in to this I get various courses related to coding i.e. Python, Java and some other courses like UI, UNIX, MySQL, etc. I was learning all of these things by heart. In the technical interview, I was asked various questions related to database, I answered them properly. They even asked me the questions which were never covered in my BCA course but because I was learning on my own I could answer those questions. In the HR interview I was asked "Why should we hire you?" I told them that I was working very hard on my technical skills. This all gave me the impression that I was hired in TCS for coding. Like why would you ask such questions while taking the interview if you don't need a person for this kind of requirement?

When I joined TCS, I was given some mandatory courses to complete, why did that course cover "Important points to note while using an open source software in your code?". Then suddenly after one week I was called to join a support project which doesn't involve any of this development work and the RMG forces me into that project. I came to know that they were forcing many of the BCA and Bsc IT students to join that project because of the mentality that a BCA student can't have any skills. The RMG didn't even ask me what skills I had before forcing me into "xyz" project for 3 years which won't even utilize the skills I have. That project could even be done by a 6th standard student then why was a BCA student hired for that purpose? Dear TCS, please hire 6th standard students to do that kind of job.

After all of these things I resigned from TCS. After resignation, they started asking me for the 50k bond money. Like I joined TCS on 5th August 2021 and resigned on 17th August, 2021 and these people are asking me for 50, 000 Rs bond money along with the salary of 3 months just because they got a "Service Agreement" signed from me.

I know 3 more people who were scammed this way. Suppose TCS hires 40, 000 people in a year and 4, 500 people resign due to this scam, then TCS earns 4, 500x50, 000=[protected] INR. That's how you guys are rich TCS? They have a main website Ultimatix which is used for most of the purposes, but it is down throughout the day when people need it the most, i.e. it can't handle much traffic. Can't you spend little money to buy more hardware TCS? You lie that you care for your employees.

They scam legally, first they get the "Service Agreement" signed by the TCS employees(especially freshers) and then they create the situation for the employee to forcefully resign and then they threaten you to pay 50, 000 Rs. They provide you coding courses and then they throw you in a random support project. They hire you on the basis of "coding questions" they ask in "Technical Interview" and then throw you in a "support project" which could be easily done by a 6th standard student.

This complaint will remain here and I will keep spreading more awareness about this scam in the social media.

Hi, my last day with TCS was 28th June 2021. By 7th August, my ID card and TCS asset has reached the company. Its been 1 month since I have completed all my formalities, but haven't received my Service letter yet. I am requesting them daily by sending mails to release my Service letter and relieving letter, but they are not even responding to my mails. Whenever my manager replies on top of my mail then only the Bangalore Separation team is...

I was working with TCS Gurgaon for 5 years. I got the email last year that I need to withdraw my PF. TCS created 2 member IDs and now when I am trying to withdraw they are saying they don't see my PF amount. I mean seriously. I have been in touch with HR for almost an year for this PR thing and it has not been sorted out. I want this to be escalated to higher management as I want my PF.

I joined TCS in the month of May and had my interview process done in the month of April of 2021. I had accepted an offer letter for an x amount and the recruiting HR of TCS had at that time confirmed my in hand salary as well. Now after 3 months, my entire team experienced a huge amount being deducted from the July month’s salary and the management got back to us stating that one particular component was erroneously added in the salary Annexure and that has to be deducted. Also going forward it is not going to be paid. TCS cheated me and the rest of the team by showing a higher amount on the offer letter so that we accepted the job opportunity and joined the company. Not enough of that when I raised this concern, my superior spoke in a terribly derogatory manner while also threatening with dire consequences if I continued voicing my concerns. I did not expect such behaviour to me meted but TCS management. They have no respect whatsoever for their female counterparts. It’s been more than a month now with no desirable solution and the mental harassment continues by the higher management. Please think twice before you want to join such a company. There may be many perks however the stress and mental agony that I have suffered is really not worth it.

My name is Srinu. I 'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 3 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 4/21 .

I would need a new card but unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

Every month during salary credit 3000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 5000 rupees so please help.

TPSRG/4473568/Jul/2021, This application was submitted on 15th July 2021. The department has returned the application asking to upload the scanned copy of the documents. I am unable to upload the pdf. Please help to solve the issue.

My daughter, Tanya singh is a current employee of TCS Thane team. She left home yesterday and hasn't returned since saying she'll live on her own. The company says she's safe that's all that matters. But as parents, its natural to be worried about our child. We'd like the company to be more cooperative and to at least try to look more into this. Since she is has broken off contact with us particularly, the company could at least try to arrange a meeting regarding this. Because if not, who'd take responsibility if something does happen?

I have platinum plan for myself, father and mother . Unfortunately, My mother was infected with covid in may 2021 (peak time of covid where getting bed for treatment itself painful and very expensive at the same time) we have tried all our best to save our mom . she battled and left us on may 8th .

Its a very big shock for us because everything happened when we are in the process of trying to understand what's happening .
Her vitals are stable and suddenly she started feeling difficulty in breathing and saturation levels were dropping that's when we took her to hospital .

Even there is no explanation on why its in repudiated state . The documents are clear and valid . watelse is required is not sure .
Seriously frustrated ! And also im not able to reach 1800 number from australia . Tried several times with different patterns but the result is the same .

Hi please check how tcs sending this releaving letter with fake reason of leaving tcs with own desire.However this was a forcwable resignation...
