I have given my tata croma tab for service (As it had a problem in charging) on 4/14/2016. It was given for service in croma shop in sarjapur road (Bangalore) to fix the issue.
I am surprised to see that the guys in the store are unable to trace my tab which was supposed to be returned back within 15 days.
I am frustated to keep visiting the service center to know that the guys are still figuring out where my tab is. None of the guys including the managers in the store are able to give me a reasonable response as to why the tab is not traceable. Before i plan my further course of action on this, i want to give you guys due chance to return my tab in proper condition asap.
