[Resolved] Tata Docomo — 1/10th slow speed than committment | |||
My Tata Photon plus no is [protected]. While selling the Plans tata photon plus commit the speed o[censored]pto3.1MBPS speed which i didn't get a single time in last 1 year. I am getting speed of 0.11MBPS downloading & 0.23MBPS uploading speed. I have complained 2 times but both times they said that their technical team is working & closed the complain. They also don't provide particular time or TAT to resolve this problem. This is really pathetic service in this era of competition which forces customers to move to others & try another services. This is with reference to your concern regarding slow speed for your Tata Photon connection number. At the outset we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that your complaint docket number[protected] has been closed on 12-DEC-2014 16:45:21 stating that you are facing the slow speed due to weak coverage at your location.
Kindly be informed that speed on wireless network depends on various parameters, such as number o[censored]sers accessing the internet at that particular point of time, geographical area, indoor and outdoor signal coverage, weather conditions, other causes of radio interference, material used for the building, configuration of the building, ?..? etc. So is the case with any other wireless network Operator. However, at TATA Docomo we understand the customer experience is of foremost importance.
Notwithstanding the above technical and other extraneous factors affecting the network which are beyond our control, we have been continuously striving to enhance customer experience. In this direction, we are in the process of enhancing the speeds in various localities basis the customer feedback and experience.
