Tata Docomo — 3g net is not working | |||
Hi, I'm karthik.h. i have recharge my phone number ([protected]) tata docomo for ₹119/- unlimited call and 1.4 gp 3g per day. On[protected]. My mobile net is not working and so i can't browse i can't check mails etc. I called to 121 customer care 5 times on[protected] for network issues. each time there said many option and i use to do it. Also same problem reflects. Then there took a complain (PNR[protected]) regards network issues there said it will resolved in 24 hours. But problem not resolved i called 121 again. There telling me to wait up to[protected]. To resolve the problem and there criticising me by laughing and telling me to change your network we dont have any problem and there telling there can't refund the reached amount. I'm paying and i can't use anything such a bad network I'm so worried and got high BP because of this. Please help me for refund my money and give them some penalty (₹50, 000/-) for there treating the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

There are all cheating like something. There can't provide 3g mobile data but give offers for the customers and cheating them.
Need to take immediately action against the network. Thanks.
