Tata Docomo — 3G Service is not working | |||||
Hello, I had transferred my service provider from Aircel to TATA DOCOMO for my cell no. [protected]. I am not getting 3G Service. I had tried to contact customer service, but it is very pathetic to contact them.One guy who has picked the call was saying that Tata docomo do not provide 3G Service although I had used Aircel 3G service on TATA Docomo network.Please do the needful. We regret to inform you that currently there is no 3G service available in Rajasthan region, however you can avail 2G services on your number. Further, we would like to inform you that, it is our constant endeavour to upgrade our network across all location hence, at this point in time we are unable to take immediate action on the network optimization in your locality. However, we are in a continuous expansion of our network and your area will be covered in near future. We are not able to commit on a fix date but, you will be informed once, it will get upgrade in your location.
