[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Abnormal data usage shown on 25th september, 2016 while on that day, i was compelled to use very little due to very slow speed | |||||
My account no. Is[protected]. I am under [protected]@rs.750cap plan and i have been using tata photon from 09-sep-2009. On 25th september'2016, i had tried to connect internet from morning. Several times it got connected, but the speed was extremely slow, making it difficult to work. On that very day, i had complained to the customer care number [protected], several times for such slow speed. Every time i got different replies. Someone told that technical team would look into the issue, and i would get a call back within 4 hours. After 4 hours again i had called up to state the same thing that i was not being able to work on my system, due to extremely slow speed. Till 7.30 pm, the data usage was reflecting the figure 5.16 gb. After sometime, it had started showing an usage of 7.31 gb. I was stunned, and again called them up. Then a customer care executive told me that he would give me a credit of 2 gb, since i had complained about such additional usage, all on a sudden. After a few minutes, again i got stuck up due to slow speed, and again i called up customer care. Then, they had booked a complaint and told me that it would be addressed on 26th september. On 26th september, i had got a call, and i had explained her about my inability to work on 25th september due to slow speed, and the abnormal data usage on 25th september itself. I was assured that my complaint would be properly taken care of. Again, in the evening i got a call saying that my data usage was genuine and they can not do anything in this regard. Being utterly unhappy i had decided to discontinue the internet services and got a closure request no.[protected] from the customer care department, on 26th september'2016, late evening. After that, i had completely stopped, even trying to log in. But, still my internet usage reading is steadily going up. So, i must say a completely unethical and fradulent practice is going on. The company is taking it's unsuspecting customers for a ride, and trying to impose data usage, on their own sweet will, without caring for any investigation into the matter, and without caring for long term users like us.
