Tata Docomo — After disconnecting the service send the bill for 3 month. where net was not used for the billed month | |||
Dear Sir i was regular user of the TATA Photon ANd paid each and every bill on time and with 100 penealty charges, but when i stoped used the TATA photon and visited to vashi brach office at station and requested to them that iwant to stop the TATA photon net they have done something and told that their is system problem it will get done, again i received the next month bill and told them but they denies the service, says call on reg number and requested to them to stop the photon net service, but same happen in next month and got the call when i was at kandivali station, i saw the branch and visited but they told that they have closed but their was person standing in que for new connection i told them the queries but they ask to call on centralized customer care number even they denied to help, after speaking with customer care guys came to know that they have not stop my service he told that now i will not get the call and service will get disconnected, again and again i am getting call for the payment, which service i have not used.i want to file the complaint against the consumer court to harassing me to join the TATA phaeton, i came to know that in life not to use any TATA product in life, if want the harremnet by the tata product..sorry to says but this thing was happen with me and their is no one is to listen our queries only get call for the payment..
