I CALL NODEL OFFICER ABHISHEK NAYAK ,HE SAY I UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM BUT NOT ANY REPLY ABOUT BALANCE DEDUCTE
IN DECEMBER MONTH DATE 15 TIME 9.10 PM DEDUCTED 20 RUPEES IN MY ACCOUNT I WRITE ONLINE COMPLAIN TO TATA DOCOMO COMPANY BUT NOT REPLY PROPER THEN I GO TO COMPANY CONSUMER CENTER BUT THERE ONE LANDLINE PHONE AVAILABLE FOR TELL ABOUT THESE PROBLEM ,IN CENTER NO BODY HELP THESE PROBLEM
ALSO I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY CAN"T REPLY PROPER
RESPECTED SIR,
MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED RS 10 FOR UNUSUAL SCHEME. WHEN I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD THAT U HAVE ACTIVATED THE SERVICE."BUT COMPANY DID IT ON 3RD MAY.SINCE 3RD MAY THEY DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO TALK AND WHEN THEY HAD TALK ME ON 9TH MAY THEY DIDN'T REFUND MY BALANCE AND DISRESPECTFULLY TALK WAS CARRIED BY YOUR SUPERVISOR.AND NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING WITH ME CORRECTIVELY. PLEASE REFUND MY BALANCE SOON.

    hello sir,
    http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx this is the link to the web page from where we can recharge the docomo online, there is a pack of rs 14 , in which it is written full talktime for 6 mnths on every recharge above rs 10. nothing else, no condition apply nthing like that(attaching the image also). so i rechaged that, but they deactivated my 54 rs and 25 rs packs that were activated, its a cheating, they have not written any where, how am i suppose to knw. plz sir many customer gets cheated due to this wrong info on net,,, ask them to either provide full or don;t make false promises.

      Tata docomo's dive in service is worthless and ridiculous. I have lost 100rs in just two days. When i called to customer care they said that you have visited divein. I had not click or visit any such link knowingly, when i checkedout my phone settings i found that my home page was tatadocomo.divein by default although my acces point was tatadocomo.internet. It's atrocious that you are charged such a huge amount just for clicking on a default homepage or pressing '0' for a while. Tata docomo should stop this kind of tactics to deduct its customer's hard earned penny. I mean you can't charge 49 rs just because someone has opened a homepage you set by default in your setting. It shows how tata docomo cheats its customers, no one asks for dive in settings but they sent it with the internet settings to do this kind o[censored]nfair deductions. Even if you change the accespoint remember that that your homepage would not be airtellive like good and free it will be tatadocomo.divein the most [censored]g bad homepage someone has ever seen. Same on you tata docomo for cheating customers by using divein. If you still have some self respect towards your customer please stop divein or sending its settings without asking, make a new homepage which would be free for surf like other service providers.         I am a TATA DOCOMO pre-paid customer for more than 6 months (Mob Number : [protected]) I had applied for mobile number portability on 6th Dec 2012 and the Unique Porting code is TX973771 with validity upto[protected]. I wanted to shift to AIRTEL postpaid corporate connection which had a CUG option for my official contacts. I have submitted all the necessary documents (Passport copy,PAN copy, BSNL Land line bill) along with the application form and Porting code to Airtel representative (Vinay - [protected]) on 6th Dec 2012.
        I have been following up with the Airtel representative and TATA Docomo customer care since the application has been submitted and I have not recieved any information till today[protected].
        Today I called up TATA DOCOMO customer care number at 121 to enquire about the delay and that the validity of my Porting code was going to expire. I was shocked to know that my porting request has been cancelled and I have been "retained" as TATA DOCOMO customer. Though I have not recieved a single call or SMS to inform me about this "retention" by TATA DOCOMO, even after repeated enquiry to the customer care representative, there was only one line reply that "Sir, according to the information I see, you have been "retained" and your porting request is cancelled, you have to apply for prting again". I requested to get connected to a higher authority to enquire why and how TATA DOCOMO can decide without my consent to cancel my request or even have the basic courtesy to inform that my request is cancelled. I was put on-hold for more than 30 mins but without any response. I disconnected and tried to call back 121 again, but this time Automated voice response "All our executives are busy, please email us at .... and disconnected.
        This is totally un-ethical and rude on TATA Docomo's part and I strongly recommend to avoid this network in future.

          I activated data pack of Rs.67 valid for 30 days on 29/11/12 and i received the confirmation message as below
          'Hi! Rs.67 data pack is activated. Enjoy 1GB free usage for next 30days.For settings sms INTERNET to 52270.Your Bal is Rs.97.88 at[protected]:01.Free 7days MobileTV Offer with no charges. Click http://10.124.70.241:8080/tv/promo1.jsp.'

          It was supposed to end on 29th of december but it deactivated suddenly today and lost Rs.8-10 due to that. Please do the necessary to refund the same amount and activate my data pack back.

            I have tata photon data card having no.[protected] since last year. i was using it regularly & i had done last recharge in September 2012 with recharging coupon of Rs 2500/- with validity for 1 year. But, on 30 October it was stop working & showing 678 error. Then I contact to customer care & also to local company office they replied me that they never had activate such number to me. Now,I feel my self helpless & looted by tata tele services. kindly do favor for me.

              Dear Sir,
              I am ur valuable customer as u tell and ur senior....inspite telling from senior that u will not be charged unnecessary again..weekly my balance is cut...again and again for various service...
              so listen my this problem which occur yesterday night:
              i have recharged through etop up on 14th dec 2012 with rs 42 in which i get 1000min for local onnet calls for 28days...so i am talking from 10pm to 5pm in min from 14th...yesterday night i call at 11:00 pm and i talk 01:19:31 hrs as i think it will cut from minutes but as i talking call disconnect and shows that balance of rs 17.83 cut and balance is 00.47....
              u can check by retreiving my call details from 14th at time when i recharged and get 1000min how much i talk till yesterday night 11:00 pm then u can determine how much min used from 1000min...as ur customer care executives said that there is no min....

              this is the main problem o[censored]r compant to deduct unnecessarry balane...i want my balance refund and my min in my account...

              i am also mailing to head of consumer forum...
              please forward ur senior....

              i will wait till tomorrow then i will port to idea....then i dont want a call that i will give u balance please dont port and all...

              Respected sir, I am submitting this complaint against tata docomo for unnecessarily deducting my balance in the prepaid number [protected] . they have been cutting my balance since a week.About Rs 11 have been cut.On calling customer carethey didnt responded.Then i mailed my complaint at their website but no action has been taken.afterwards i tried calling customer care several times but my call was not connected.Sir please do the needful.i shall be thankful to you.

                I had recharged TATA DOCOMO mobile number which is in my father's name (Maharashtra & Goa circle) [protected] with 500 Rs. top up. On your website www.tatadocomo.com it was shown that on top up recharge of 500, I will get 540 Rs. but when I recharged with 500 Rs. I got only 443 Rs. talktime. The transaction ID is [protected]. The screen shot of your website showing 540 Rs. talktime on reacharge of 500 is also attached as reference.

                Hope to get positive reply as soon as possible.

                There is severe problem with your website as I had faced too many problems while I used to recharge my number [protected] using your website.

                This is how TATA docomo maintain brand value, customer service and above all business ethics.

                  I had a Tata Docomo Postpaid Connection for the cancellation of which I wrote an application an submitted it to the Tata Docomo Outlet, City Center, Saltlake, Kolkata. After around a fortnight a person from Docomo came to my office and requested for the conversion of postpaid to prepaid which I agreed to. His number being [protected]. He said the conversion would be done in a few days. Nothing happened for a week after which I sent a mail to Tata Docomo Customer Care. On 23rd October I got a reply from them stating that I had agreed to convert my number to prepaid and I do not have to rental anymore. These were the exact words "We would like to inform that the same has been resolved. Kindly note that upon checking with our records we have found that you have agreed to migrate your number from Postpaid to Prepaid. However your number Outgoing facilities has been blocked and you do not have to the rental any more.". On 18th of December, I got a phone call from one of the executives that the bills for Oct-Nov and Nov-Dec is pending and is around 700. They said that nothing has been found in their records regarding the cancellation requests which was a total contradict of the mail which I got on 23rd Oct. I had again mailed regarding this to the customer care the very same day, its two days now and I am getting no response regarding that. Please help. Below is the complete mail chain communication.

                  A few minutes earlier one of your executives called me regarding the postpaid bill payment. However, I had already submitted a written application during the last days of September this year as to cancel my tata docomo postpaid connection. According to the mail chain below you can find that one of your Docomo executive replied me with the confirmation that, according to their records, I do not have to rental anymore since the application has been accepted. This mail was done on 23rd of October. Today the one who called me said that there is no update regarding this in their system and hence I would have to pay the amount. I wonder whether Tata Docomo is having two different systems regarding this, which ofcourse has some sync problems.





                  Could you please give me one reason of why should I pay? There is a problem in your system if they are not able to communicate with each other.




                  One of your docomo executives came to my office and took my documents for the postpaid to prepaid conversion. This was about a couple of months before.




                  You are helping India to communicate with each other and the irony is you yourself have a very large communication gap. I dont know who is to be blamed here. If I need to make the payment, I shall do so, but only after my number gets cancelled and I get a written communication for that. Also can you provide me with the mail/number of the zonal officer?

                    sir now a days ta ta Do-Como`s services are going down day by day . from last ten days rs. 2 are deducted everyday from my Sim number [protected] and your customer care executive are not responding to our complaints and are talking in rude manner with us and disconnects call without answering our questions . and from my Sim number [protected] i am not able to call customer care from last 12 days . i don't why but company has deactivated my this services without informing me about the reason .and sir from last 6 days each and every time i call customer care i just get only one reply and that is " sir we haven`t updated our records in our system so please call us after 2 hours " .sir i want to know that from last six days company haven`t updated any information or what ?

                      My Fathers number is [protected]. His name is C.P Mishra, After listening to automated voice service for full talk time offer i recharged for 35 RS on 19 Dec 2012. But i got only 28.15 Rs as talk time. When i Called customer care twice but guy spoke so rudely that no such offer is there and kept the phone and refused to give me any compliant number.

                        TATA DOCOMO is charging for unwanted packs on the mobile. Docomo has charged me many times for the services that i never requested to subscribe or buy.
                        On 19-Dec-2012 they activated playboy video pack without my request and deducted 50 rupees for the same..i got the deduction msg from TA-HUWWAP.....

                        At a same time,They deducted another 49 rupees for any unknown service which was not even informed by message...

                        when i called to customer care they didnt ans me properly and at now they put my calls on waiting...How disgusting they are!

                        This is the 2nd time i face this type of problem from tata docomo....

                        This is very embarrassing that such a huge and well known company is treating his customer base like this.

                        This is very disappointing for me and i have no other option than making complaint in consumer forum.

                        Tata Docomo — Unwanted Services and Balance Deduction

                        Some Unwanted VAS service is activated causing continuous balance deduction of 3 Rs/day.
                        I told them to deactivate it 6-7 times. Every time they replied its deactivated and refunded balance just couple of time.
                        My acount balance is now so low that i cant even access Internet Pack activated which need min 10 Rs in account.

                        So i want to balance credited and and service deactivated.

                            I had done an online recharge worth rs 200 on 9/12/2012 and paid using my credit card, but for some reason I did not get any balance. Later I got a message stating that my recharge amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Today its 19/12/2012 and till now the money hasnt been refunded. I have also registered 2 complaints with docomo customer service, but both times I got the same answer, that it will be refunded in 5-7 days.

                              Companies like tata docomo will appoint a people who takes care of their online reputation full time. 20 days after you post a complaint, they will come and reply that they have checked and your problem was solved knowing that you would have forgot the site where you have posted a complaint.                                   I am using a prepaid account of TATA Docomo service provide, on 12 Dec. they have deduct a amount of 30 rupees, which till now they not return me, after this deduction i have submit a complaint on thier portal, but theny not take any action, and only send me a message that for you query we need some more 48 hr.
                                  this kind of deduction happen with 3 times in previous 2 month, 2 times when i was call on their customer care then they return my money, but now this time they not return. Because of this kind of problem, one time i have no balance in my mobile and i was faced problem like , i can't call any one for a long time. but they didn't take any suitable action on this.

                                  So please kindly request to You, please take a suitable action on this service provider.

                                    I am unable to do my banking transactions due to this, If other networks are working then this is pathetic that docomo is not working.

                                        i m also suffering this scheme 222 which is only cheating from

                                        TATA DOCOMO side
                                        I came to know from Local Recharge Dealer and tata docomo website
                                        that Rs 222 recharge scheme is not having validity
                                        limitation..Moreover it will give us half rate of Local and STD
                                        call.. i asked him to recharge then..

                                        Both are not true... i m being charged full rate for local and

                                        got sms of validity of 30 days.
                                        now what can be done with this scheme.. my usage is not so much
                                        that i could consume whole Rs 222 how to
                                        update this scheme to normal TOP-UP so i can use this talk time
                                        as normal... i do not want any half rate option... Please Do the
                                        Needful as soon as possible...

                                        dear sir,

                                        i want to FILE A COMPALINT that recently i made a recharge of rs.23 sms pack.
                                        As per the scheme first 3sms costs 60paise per sms after which 97sms are
                                        free. but even after recharging 30paisa was being charged for all sms.
                                        when i lodged a complaint in nearby docomo care they said that the
                                        problem will be solved within sometime. but the problem doesn't got
                                        solved even after the complaint. when i later contacted them they said
                                        that rs.61 recharge pack is already activated in your mobile and
                                        refilled my a/c with rs.30.and said that rs.61 pack will be over after
                                        one month. sir note that i have never made a recharge of rs.61 then how
                                        it got activated in my a/c. and the problem still persists. sir
                                        plz...take any action against your employees who are just wasting my
                                        time..and find a proper solution for my problem.

                                        Yesterday (25th June 2015) i had recharged for 3g internet pack of Rs. 189 via online and i got a confirmation message from DOCOMO (Recharge Transaction ID : DSBI[protected]) . So i used 3g data, today when i checked my balance my balance reduced from Rs 116 to Rs 0 and my 3g data pack offer is not in my bonus account. Let me say this is not the first time it happened. Now i had lost Rs 305 .
                                        Please look into it.
                                        When i tried to register complaint in TATA DOCOMO official website, it saying you don't have permission to access this page!!.
