Hi i m John Samuel Natekar from Nandurbar Maharashtra. i m using TATA DOCOMO Sim card since last 6 months. i had good service but since last 10 days they r deducting my balance without any information. i called to their customer care. They say that, u have activated such service but i haven't activated any of their services. Every time they send service messages & i simply delete it. then how can they say that u have activated such service. Today on 8th May 2011 they deduct my 10 Rs. without my knowledge. My number is ( [protected] ). Therefore i want to file a case against TATA DOCOMO. Plz help me to get judgment.

    Hi,

    I am one of the consumer of TATA Docomo and my number is [protected]. I have recently switched from Vodafone to Docomo considering its low cost services however now i can say its not just low cost but is also CHEAP in service. I dont understand how come TATA as a brand can afford such worst tactics to make profits from their customers by activating unwanted services and deducting the charges for the same and on top of that the customer care executives of DOCOMO are so imcompetent to their services that neither they respect the customers nor they believe in their customers. Below mentioned are two instances i'm writing it down to let people know how DOCOMO earn profits:

    1. Past 4 days i am getting charge 1.5 rupees for a same JOKE which i'm getting daily and when i spoke to the customer care agents they said i've activated the JOKE service. Do you all really think that today where there are so many free sites like SMSGUPSHUP.com etc from where we can easily get daily free sms why would we go and pay for such services. Past 4 days i've been charged for the service and on a daily basis i'm requesting them to deactivate the service however they are just not doing it.

    2. Today suddenly i got a sms stating i've downloaded a game for which they have cost me Rs. 40 for the same. Its again the same thing, i've not downloaded it however the customer care team doesnt want to believe it and had just deducted the balance. Just for people to understand again there are many free sites from where we can download free games in case we want to, why would i download any stupid game which cost me Rs. 40.

    Its just a tactics played by DOCOMO by grabbing few rupees on a daily basis from each customer which could by default becomes too big to help them reduce their running cost.

    Its a big shame for the company like TATA to unnotice such behavior of its sister concern and end of day spoiling the great brand name of TATA.

    I request each and every prospective customer reading this, not to go with DOCOMO if they dont want to call the customer service depts on a daily basis and want to live a peaceful life by paying what to use rather by paying what your service provider wants.
    I completely agree. The most dishonest and service is provided by DOCOMO. These people suck blood out of the customer and take his hard earned money. These should be stripped and hanged on every street. I request every DOCOMO customer who have faced such kind of exploitation to find any one who is working for TATA DOCOMO and publicly strip and hang them so that every working in that company whether in Customer care or in management get a lesson that they cant go on exploiting the innocent customer like this. Post your complaints fully in this blog. Escalate to as many higher authority and Nodal officer you can get email address of and copy media and police on your emails. These will sell their mothers and sisters to earn 30 Rupees of service activation fees.

    This is still an issue and is not yet resolved. Infact there are other deductions started on my phone and i am totally irritated about the same.

    Apart from the Jokes service which is now deactivated.
    I have been charged for the game download for Rs. 40
    Then there is a charge for data service daily for Rs. 3 after having the GPRS pack activated for Rs. 95

      Value Pack: FTV_Magical_May_99 on Tata Docomo 3G Life WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 99/-. I called up customer care and asked them to check details, they just blamed me for downloading chargeable content. This is really frustrating. They refused to refund amount. Later Customer Care Executive had noted Complaint and given complaint number as "GBL[protected]". When I check status of this Complaint number on Tata Docomo's site it is showing "PLEASE ENTER CORRECT NUMBER". In that site, there is a alternate option to check status by using Mobile number. I entered my number to check the status, then also it is showing "PLEASE ENTER CORRECT NUMBER". Immediately I called up Customer care to ask status, but it was not connected to Executive. Everytime I got telephonic reply as "ALL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ARE BUSY" and "DAILED MOBILE NUMBER IS NOT REACHABLE".

        with due respect i want to state that for Hot N Sizzling Models service my account was deducted with Rs.10 twice,without even giving me a prior notice of this service.A message was send to me that Rs.10 has been deducted for Hot N Sizzling Models subscription.Furthur when i tried to unsubscribe it,there was no response. I also called to your customer care center five times but was no use. They did not responded well also they did not unsubscribed that.         Tata Docomo — unsubscription request is not possible

        Request to unsubscribe from mano ya na mano and hot n sizzling models. I tried many times but it is not possible to get done.

        here i'm also facing the same problem.They deducted Rs 10 to +91 [protected] on8/5/11.when i called customer care they told me they ll deactivate soon later i got ur subscription is decativated. But the funny thing is i'm still getting the same msg as before.Confused whom to belive.plz credit the anount soon and completely unsubscribe .

        I am facing same problem. My no. is [protected]. Hot N Sizzling Models service was activated on 5th May 20011 (without my consent) & then I approached customer & same was deactivated. But on 16th May 2011 again I got message from 52250 that your subscription for said service has been renewed & charged Rs.10/-
        What is this? They have wasted my 20 rupees un- necessarily.
        I request you to unsubscribe this service as soon as possible and refund Rs.20 in my account.

        Pls. take care of your customers as because of such issues they are getting irritated.

        sir this is really frustating that my 10 more Rs gets deducted for Hot n Sizling Models.So now total 20 Rs has been deducted from my account and this is my 3rd complaint.         I am also facing same problem, i lost my 30 rs and no one from the TATA DOCOMO side are able to give proper solution how to deactivate this service.Even if am will call repeatedly they are not picking the phone.
        Those guys are just lying they are not able to resolve our problem so lets change our network operator.
        even i mailed then and they told we are working on hat but still they are not able to provide the solution.
        I mailed then final time if this time this will happen surly i will change my operator.

          I have applied for new TATA docomo post paid connection on 22 Apr 2011 with relevant id proof address proof with current bill and my flat sale deed xerox copy with all document demanded by tata docomo executive Mr.noor from Madhapoor docomo drive in store. it was activated on 24th of April.
          on
          on 29 Apr at 10;18 am i have received a massage from [protected] stating your adress is not traceable ihve called back and guided them the address and they have not visited the site and none of them have called me back.

          on 2 May at 11;03 pm ireceved a sms your adress is negative to re initiate call 121. on 3may ihave raised a request with customer care with valid adress and they raised a complaint no[protected] on 3rd May.they said it will be resolved in 48 hours.

          4th May out going call has been barred. on 4th i called customer care the says complaint no[protected] has been closed. But with out solving my problem.on 4th May i visited tata docomo Madhapoor docomo drive in store and met with Mr.noor at 15;30 he has told it will be solved in 24 hours i heve asked his contact no is [protected] .

          5th May by 6:30 my problem was not solved and iam trying to call Mr.noor on [protected] i have called several times no one Attend a call for curtsy docomo executive think that customer is as slave for them after taking the connection. Do Tata Docomo does not provide mobile for their Executive why they are not giving mobile no to customer.ignoring a Customer call is like Rejecting Customer.

          After all my exercises have called 121 they says that my mobile is switched off. They don't have curtsy to leave any sms. But fact is none of the executive has called my mobile was not switched off At-least i would get missed call alert sms.
          And raised a complaint and they filed a compaint no[protected] it will resolve on 9th May but no hope will it be solved or not.



          This is not the way to fool a customer but i have never expected this kind of bloody services fro tata group. Train your Executive how to respond and value customer and idont want to continue any more with docomo i want to cancel my subscription

          I request docomo to raise the bill till date. I ll clear my areas and i am very happy to walk away from tata services

          This Drama is going from Past 7Days i want to close it.

          sir really your customer service are worst..on date of 01.06.11 at afternoon 1.50pm your docomo call was came one lady is talked and for asking about hello tunes..she said i[censored] activate this hello tunes for Rs.120 you will get upto 6 months offer like that she's told..then i'm said no need for me and i'm end the call..she said thank you and end the call..within half an hour she's taken Rs.120 and activated the hello tunes after im called to your customer service and i'm asked with whom you asked and activated the song..i said for me no need to activate, without my permission you debit my balance..how sir/madam like this your service follow means it's totally waste..you strictly take action for this unneccesary activities..this my contact no:[protected], we called to your just now they only said send complaint to docomo and they gave this request no:GBL[protected]

            About a week ago I removed old Docomo sim ([protected]) from my mobile due to low balance and used a new sim. And now when I was going to recharge that sim , it said "Sim card registration failed".
            I also talked to customer care. They said My docomo sim has been deactivated and I will have to purchase new sim and pay Rs 49 extra to have same number. Now this is not fair.
            You docomo people deactivate my sim without informing me and now why I should pay Rs 49 extra.

            I am not happy with tata docomo service.I want to reactivate my old Tata docomo sim.Please reply soon.

            Still no response from docomo and No action done to reactivate my docomo sim.
            You should have solved the problem till now. please reply me soon.
            But last week only it was working perfectly fine and even I got some of the messages for tata docomo 3G internet settings in my new handset. I want to use that sim card in my handset as old sim cards are giving better internet speeds. So would you please reactivate my old sim again like before? Please reply soon...

              My name is Pradeep Nikam.I use TATA DOCOMO Card for last 12-15 months.Yesterday i bought New Nokia C6 mobile its 3G mobile.
              After i switch on mobile for 10-15 min i can able to make call,but after 10-15 min when i want to make a call i get message that saying "Connection Error".Even i cant check my balance also. For making another call i have to restart mobile. I also restore my mobile settings. This problem is not arise with other GSM Mobile cards. I also call TATA DOCOMO customer care executive he said use "037IND" in manual settings, but i cant find this in my mobile in manual setting i found TATA GSM but this not help me to solve my problem.
              Please help me with solution and reply as early as possible because i want my TATA DOCOMO No.[protected].

                I live inmadhapur area of hyderabad, i m not having any real problems in signals strength but I have activated GPRS on my cell but the speed is very low compared to other gsm operators also many a time it dont work.
                Can you do something that the gprs connectivity should improve here in madhapur region

                i have A docomo connection of no.[protected] .i am using it from december 2009 .i have get up recharged of data plan of 48 .the gprs was working till few days back .but from 3 days my gprs is not working .I have even checked in few more poeple docomo ,their gprs is also not working .i called up at customer care for lodging complain but they said that delete your previous settings and get the new settings ,i have done it but its not working yet ,i think the gprs is not working in my area .CUSTOMER CARE IS SAYING THAT THEY WILL NOT LODGE MY COMPLAIN .

                For the past 20 days, I am not able to use the GPRS properly!
                I always get "Network Busy" message every single time and this is happening in almost every part of the city.
                I informed customer care and even lodged a complaint there as well, but there is not respite from the problem.
                Even my other friends who use Tat Docomo, are also facing the same kind of situation.

                Hi, I am using tata docomo sim for the last 6 to 7 months, and recently on 24th august I recharged it with Rs.95 super recharge for 6GB free internet usage. Then I recieved the GPRS settings from Docomo. But even after instaling those settings, my GPRS is not working and I am getting the error as Packet Data conection not available.
                I have called the Docomo customer care no. 121 several times and told them the problem. Every time they told me that my problem will get solved in 24 hrs, but till now it is still unsolved.
                Every time they just send me the settings by sms and tell me to install them, but the result is the same. GPRS is not getting activated.
                ya, , , docomo gprs is not at all proper. i'm always getng msg "network busy" even at mid night.., I think this company is a failure in GPRS... my docomo number [protected]..

                Since 16th I am unable to access GPRS. Call centre does not tell me exactly why this is happening. I received settings via SMS from 52270 but it is still not working. It was working earlier seamlessly. This is very important for my work.
                After I visited service centre they said Docomo networks are down because of 3G implementation, but shouldnt call centres be aware of this? What is the problem exactly? This is the reason people switch networks.

                Hey i am facing the same problem since 16th .. Gprs has stopped working completely .. nobody has any ans that when it will be resolved . Service of tata docomo sucks .. customor care is the worst i ever came a crossed.
                initially,the gprs was working properly..APN was set according to tata docomo customer care help.. main bal and data balance.. but still gprs is not working.. despite repeated complaints with customer care , nothing has been done..

                I have recharged with 15 rs of gprs plan of tata docomo on dated 03.03.2013. I got 200mb to use the net. But my internet is not working on my mobile, I called in customer care but they are not helping me. Just saying it congestion problem and disconnect the call. When I said please lodge a complaint. They disconnect the call which takes more then 15 minutes to connect. Please help me. My mobile number is [protected].

But now i not satisfied from the service of docomo services but he shall not change my number from postpaid to prepaid.                     dear sir,,, u r to inform that i have been charged RS5 or Rs. 10 for data usage daily while i did never apply for that. i talked with customer care and they assured that it won't be so again.... bt still repeated.... i much bothered abt this.

                      in my tata docomo no i have some kind of dance clib service .first time 10rs for 10 day is been deducted....and after 3 rs for 3 day..i called customer care but they have no information about the service. pls help me in unsubscribing that service

                      i am a Tata Docomo subscriber, today (may 7th 2011), i got a message saying that i have been successfully renewed (ofcourse i have not subscribed to the claiming group)to the dance clib subscription from 52250 resulting in deduction of Rs.10 . when i call the customer care they say they are not aware of the cause of the problem. I feel this is some sort of scam going on . plz authorized authority should look into the matter.
                      I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I did mobile portability and jumped from idea to docomo but still not satisfied with this service provider. I have same kind of problem with "DANCE CLIB". This service was activated when i was on call so i was surprised how they could start a service or they could send me a sms while i was on call. After did communication with customer care executives 5times though i am not able to unsubscribe the service. They suggested me to go for Dive-in and unsubscribe but in my Dive-in account it shows "No activated service found". So how they can deduct my balance 2times. Totally unsatisfied. And in my other number they have started "YUVRAJ TIPS" even it is a nokia 3310 phone. So how could they do this?

                      I am totally unsatisfied with this provider.
                      In my case also unilaterally Rs.10/- in each case has been charged towards Dance Clib subscription and then a message has been sent to my mobile that I have sucessfully subscribed. Why this mischief? ...B K Adhikari Mobile No.[protected]

                          For the fraud notification provided i will move further to consumer forum because Rs.36/ does matter to me.
                          you cant just bluff anyone you like.
                          Surely i would like to draw your attention this is not a spam. I am definately gonna take further steps for this.




                          There are many other service providers other than TATA DOCOMO so i will not hesitate to opt one of them.
                          As there services are more better than yours.
                          I will make issue of this matter over net or social networking sites that may cause severe setback for u.
                          I will not leave any stone unturned in ruining your company name.

                          Tata Docomo — fraud deduction of money from mobile

                          I sunil khandelwal had a tata docomo sim with phone number -[protected] .In betweeen two months i had a balance of Rs.30 simaltaneously there is deduction of my money due to data charges .Now,my balance has reach to 85 paisa .Due to useless deduction.I have not suscribed to anything .But i had my deduction carry on.I compliant many times.But the customer care told that i had done it.So once at balance of Rs.25 i switched off my mobile to see if these deduction occurs or not.But it happened so i was sure it as a fraud with me .I complaint many times complaining customer care about it.But they told they have no record of before 10 days .After 2 times of complaining they didinot picked up the phone .So i decided to do complaint like wise with my sister phone there was a deducrtion of 50 rupees uneceserially .so we lost 80 rupees in a cheat
                          yes i also agree towards this complain.

                          Tata Docomo — Fraud deduction of money

                          i have been deducted more that 100 rs since march saying that it is for a service called "thought for the day" which was not even activated by me .. i cannot find any way to cancel this service either .. please cancel the service and refund my money.

I have a complaint against tata docomo mobile service provider.I have taken a connection of tata docomo from the outlet which is just in front of one mobile store,Yeshwantpur,bangalore having mobile no:[protected] on 13th April 2011.I have submitted my documents i.e one CAF(customer application form ),one copy of my voter ID card and one passport size photograph to the outlet.After using the connection for 7 days i got messages from tata docomo saying "you have not submitted your documents you have to submit your documents".Again i submitted the above documents , now at tata docomo outlet which is in mahalaxmy layout,no -600 on 25th April 2011 .But still my outgoing is barred on 29th April 2011.

                              when i contact to the customer care on 29th April 2011 they are not responding to my problems well.On 29th April 2011 when i call to the customer care at first my call is landed to one lady.When i am trying to explain my problems she scolded my like anything.At that point of time i told her not to raise her voice and ask her name,but she kept silent and forcefully i have to disconnect the call.She is actually treating me like her servant,who does some mistake.Then again i call to the customer care for the same issue and now i told to the executive to transfer my call to the supervisor.Then my call to landed to chiply who is the supervisor in tata docomo,bangalore.He refuse to take any complaint on this particular issue.He told that we dont have option to take any complaint for document issues.That means if a customer of TATA DOCOMO submit his document to the outlet of tata docomo and after 72 hrs of TAT is completed with barring of services then tata docomo cant help that person.

                              I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE OF TATA DOCOMO.
                              IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT TO A CUSTOMER???????
                              I AM NOT THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER WHO IS USING 20 SIM CARDS AT A TIME HAVING BALANCE LESS THAN A RUPEE.
                              THIS no. IS ACTUALLY DISTRIBUTED TO ALL MY FRIENDS,COLLEAGUES AND FAMILY MEMBERS AND I DON'T WANT TO CHANGE THE MOBILE NUMBER .

                                Hello Sir/ Madam.My name is Haneet Singh and i am from Jalandhar,Punjab.

                                I want to make a complaint against Tata Docomo. The issue is my sister studies in Faridkot University and she got one prepaid docomo number from one tata docomo dealer in Faridkot.Another docomo number was issued by one Gaurav Telecom in Faridkot under her name, using her identity without her knowledge.

                                This number is [protected] and is being used till date even though plenty of assurances given by the Tata docomo head office in Faridkot that the number has been permanently disabled.CID officials came to my house asking for my sister and told us that the number under her name is being used for criminal purposes.Tata Docomo officials in Faridkot gave assurances that the number has been permanently disabled.

                                I raised a complaint with the Tata Docomo officials on march the 11 th,2011.They gave me a complaint reference number as PGSR09328337 and did send me a confirmation message stating that my complaint has been resolved on March the 15th,2011.

                                It was today morning only when i recieved a call from CID officials again that the number is still in use and i was shocked to hear that from them.I than realised the Docomo officials didn't do anything about the complaint i raised.

                                I request you to look into the matter and do the needful as i dont trust assurances given by Tata docomo officials anymore.My contact is [protected].

                                As per the Docomo officials the number was taken under my sister Jasleen Kaur's name.That was identity theft.

                                I was called upon today by the Police Officials in Jalandhar.Even though i have got a confirmation email from Appellate Officer Punjab that the user details have been updated, the police officials says the number is still being used for illegal purposes under my sister Jasleen Kaur's name.


                                Please look into the matter and give me some kind of confirmation that the number is not being used by my sister because i have to show to Police officials.

                                  AGAIN JAPAN TECHNOLOGY(TATA DOCOMO) IS HARASING THEIR CUSTOMERS.
                                  Before 6 to 7 days i posted about tata dodomo that i m getting speed of 1 to 2 kbps and one of the executive replied me that dnt worry sir we will take care of it and will solve ur problem as soon as possible...
                                  It was very horrible for me that from 23 of april my internet connection is not working in fact i am not able to connect it. i have activated 2.5 gb plan but due to network problem i only able to use 500 mb and my rest 2 gb will expire on 1 may..
                                  NOW I TAKE DECISION THAT ANY HOW I WILL QUIT FROM TATA DOCOMO ON 9 JUNE 2011 BEACUSE MY 3 MONTHS WILL BE COMPLETE ON THAT DAY AND WILL NEVER SWITCH TO TATA DOCOMO...THEY R JUST SPOILING THE JAPAN TECHNOLOGY...

                                    My name is Gopu V R Muni Kumar. I am Using tata docomo since 2 months, some time back my sim was blocked and was reactivated on 19th April after my compliant to Consumer Complaints here.

                                    But with my reactivates SIM, I have lost the following:
                                    I was having a balance of Rs 100+
                                    Internet Data of about 1GB.
                                    Having 1p/2sec offer and
                                    NAtional and local SMS free offer.

                                    On my SIM I lost all the above. When I went to the koramangala Docomo office and asked about it, they have no clue and they are not ready to help me with taking the complaint. If I call the Call Center they are as stupid as always.

                                    I am not worried about the balance and Internet data, but I atleast need my SMS offer and 1p/2sec offer.
                                    please help me out in this regard.

After that, An amount of Rs.46 has been deducted. So, plz help me in getting my balance back.

                                      I have also registered in 'START DND' Scheme with Tata Docomo near about one year before, but this is not functioning yet. A lot of fake calls so also fake messages are disturbing me everyday .So Kindly help in taking an action and also solve my above problem.
