[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bad service | |||
I am TATA PHOTON user for last three years. My photon number is [protected]. Company never provided net speed as promised. I got no resolution for the same even after my repeated complaint. last month on 22 july 15 when i submitted my request to withdraw my account. Company representative gave me offer for new bill plan. that i accepted. but i got my bill of old plan. I am very much disappointed by company services and attitude. I want to surrender my photon services finally. Was this information helpful? | |||
