Tata Docomo — Balance deducted by docomo for nothing | |||
Hi. Today at 0049 hrs I recharged my no. [protected] with rs 35 top-up and I got rs 28. I also have rs 69 rate cutter(local/std 1p/2s) activated on my mobile. I talked only 9 mins and in afternoon I saw my balance was 0. I called customer care they told may be we dont have your deduction details call after few hours. I am trying 198 now but unable to call. Its not connecting to customer care after pressing 9. Please help in returning my Rs. 23-24 by tata docomo. I am facing many problem with tata docomo now m recommending people not to purchase tata docomo SIM cards bcoz they are FRAUDS... Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
