Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction from sbi account recharge was not done. | |
I have used sbi oxi pay on 23 August 2015 for recharging my docomo number [protected] but the transaction was not done. the payment status=completed successfully and transaction status = service not supported . it is a special recharge 153. i didn't get the balance for this recharge but the money from my sbi account is gone . Please find this problem immediately and refund my money.

We tried to reach you personally on your number in order to understand your concern. However, the same was not reachable. In this regards, we would like to inform you that as checked we have not found any recharge of RC 153 on 23rd Aug 2015. Kindly note that if any amount is deducted from your bank account with transaction failure then the same will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days. If the same is not credited within specified time then mail us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com along with the bank statement for better assistance.
