Tata Docomo — Balance deduction while i have active data plan & data also | |||
Muy tata docomo number [protected] balace got deduct today morning. I have active data plan and data of near about 30+ mb and after deduction i have 2 mb remaining data. I informed the same issue with customer care and send email to them and they give me reason that "i would like to inform you that, as per our records you have been charged an amount of rs.316.96/- (For usage of 88498 kb) from[protected] at 08:38:57 to 08:38:59 am for browsing multiple sessions (Number of sessions 2) at the same time, as there was less data in your account. However, each site automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Hence we always recommend our customers to maintain minimum data balance of 30 mb. Hence, the request for the refund of the balance cannot be proceed." This problem happened with most of customer and this nonsense reason given by them to all... Why should we recharge with data plan.. To cut our main balance... This never happend with other service provider... I dont know which technology is used by tata docomo... Multiple session is the reason to deduct balace... So tata docomo want us to use gprs mobiles instead of new techologys 3g or 4g... Thank god they dont have 4g service yet.
