Tata Docomo — balance problem again

Dear sir,
I have disappointed again your tata docomo service.

Hi! You have subscribed to healthy lifestyle at rs13 for 10 day (S). Due for renewal on 10-jun-2018. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree).

I want to refund money asap otherwise i'll be take a action.

Poor service for tata docomo. I am not satisfy your team member again.

Again this problem created by tata docomo balance deduction today 6.19 pm

I'm sharing the screenshot today my balance again deduct tata docomo.
Poor poor a very poor service tata docomo.

आज ही टाटा डोकोमो के कस्टमर केअर से फोन आया, मेरा बैलेंस वापिस करके, उसके बाद भी शाम को मेरा बैलेंस काट लिया। ये सर्विस है क्या आपकी डोकोमो कंपनी की जो supervisior की भी वैल्यू नही करता।।
मजाक चल रहा हैं क्या यहाँ अगर आपके एम्प्लोयी काम नही कर सकते तो निकाल दीजिये आपकी कंपनी से।। कस्टमर को तो मत परेशांन कीजिये।।
बहुत ही गन्दी सर्विस हैं टाटा डोकोमो कंपनी की।।

Poor service..again and again my balance deduct tata docomo company..I've close or port all connection tata docomo to other operator to port like idea, airtel...
