[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance problem

I am Bhamisha from Kozhikode . Yesterday recharge 50/- rupees on ([protected] ) this number . I called only 3 calls below 5 minutes and they withdraw full amount. Many times tata do com custamer care they not attended call.regularly they withdraw data not legally. They cheat me.

We tried to speak with you personally on your number. However, the same was disconnected from your end.
We would like to inform you that you have been correctly charged of Rs.38.10/- (usage of 3787KB) on dated[protected]:10PM to 05:16PM, since there is no data balance available on your number at the time of browsing, hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB). Kindly note that you will be charged for every session/link you use separately. We request you to disable (Log Out) from the GMAIL, Whats app and Face book Accounts and make sure that if any other services are not in On Mode. For the alerts / notifications from the services also there will be a deduction of amount from your main account (If there is no data balance is available in your account). Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.38.10/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated[protected].
However, in order to avoid balance depletion in future I request you to deactivate the internet services on your number by sending an SMS as CAN GPRS to 121 and you can activate internet services by sending an SMS as ACT GPRS to 121 (toll free).
