[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Benefit not received | |||||
Hi there, I've recharged of rs 127 but i did' t get the full benefit of this recharge. As per the best offers on my number i should received talktime 130. I've also contacted to the tatadocomo customer care regarding this and they said you should recharged through the special menu. But there was no such kind of informations on the tatadocomo website. And i've recharged through the freecharge app. I've also attached the screenshot of tatadocomo's best offer recharge webpage. Was this information helpful? | |||||
