Tata Docomo — Benefit of recharge not given | |||
I have taken a new docomo sim for getting benefit of on net free call for 28 days in STV 88, as my sim was new i called to customer care to confirm that benefit of this STV would be available to me or not and he said yes you will get the benefit. but after getting my recharge done i am still getting charged for on net calls so i called to customer care and they had not given a satisfactory reply and they also blocked me from calling again.
