Tata Docomo — Bill paid through gpay but did not get reflected

I have paid bill on March 11 n 19 2019 through gpay for my tata Photon dongle...but tata guys said the amount was not received...later I raised a dispute in gpay n it was resolved...now I want to know whether the paid amnt was received by tata guys and since then my account is deactivated...can I get response for this and get my account activated please...it's been years I tried to reach out to them but no proper response till now
