[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill payment through tata docomo mobile app using net banking. | |||
I paid amount of Rs.403 through tata docomo app. Amount deducted from my ICICI bank. When i spoke to customer executive 3 times, they told me send mail on [protected]@tatadocomo.com and i sent 3 times. Now they are saying that Mail is received at their end. One executive, gave me another higher authority mail id accellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com and this is not correct mail id. Was this information helpful? | |||
