[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cancellation Request for number [protected] | |||
This is Rajesh, i have used the tata photon data card no [protected] from 19 June 2013 to 23 April 2014. And i have applied for the cancellation of account on same date 23 April 2014 and paid the full bill with zero due on that date. And i have been told that my request for the cancellation has been forwarded to the concern team with reference number[protected]. and the same mail was shown bellow. but my account was not cancelled yet. And when i call to the customer care they told my request for prepaid is under process. But i have not given any request for prepaid and my only request is cancellation of my account. I request you to see to the problem and help me to cancel my account as on date 23 April 2014. And I am sure that i can’t pay any more extra amount which was claimed by your officials. I have my last bill receipt with zero due as on date of my cancellation request. Please do the best as soon as possible. Awaiting for your cancellation reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
