[Resolved] Tata Docomo — careless behaviour of customer representatives | |||
I'm a customer of tata docomo 3G dongle. I went to tata docomo office in koramangala, bangalore. the people working there are very reckless and not answering properly. they have a token system and they are not following token order to serve customers. they are very rude and not even answering properly. It's not only my experience, i saw 3-4 people quarreling with the staff about their service . but still things didn't get better. from this expericence I can suggest people not to take docomo connection.
