[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Charging me extra | |||||
Hi, I was using tata docomo post paid no from past 4 years but due to bad network recently I changed my operator to Vodafone meanwhile i asked the tata docomo CC the amount what I've to pay for seven day's they advised me to pay 50/-rs, I paid that on the tata outlet but when my service provider changed they sent me the msg for a pending bill of 609/- and when I asked for clarification they replied me that I've used internet for which they charged me this much, I used to get 2 gb data free and in 6 days I hardly used 200 MB which was already free with my plan and nobody informed the customer about this rules what they followed, now they contacted Vodafone and blocked my services now what should I do?
