Tata Docomo — Charging unnecessary bills

Hello, I have requested for Migration of my Tata Docomo Numbers [protected]/444/777/888 for prepaid migration. I have submitted the request on 22nd Feb but still it is not been processed and they are unneccesarily charging me the bill. Earlier I had faced the same issue with Tata Photon dongle and representative from Tata Office threatened me to pay the bill. I have all the telephone conversation recorded. Pleease let me know the procedures to go against their inappropriate actions. Thanks Riyas [protected]
