Bought "Tata photon max wifi" conectn in Apr2015 alng wth a prpay data plan of 350. This pln, alng wth the data pack of 10gb, had an adtnal benefit, clrly mentnd on thr wbsite in Apr2015, tht aftr 4 scssful rchrgs thr Customer wud b eligible fr free 4gb data. (currently the dta pck & adtnl bnft hv chngd). Now, aftr 4 rchrgs, whn I m trying to gt the free benefit; I m being gvn multiple excuses of non-eligibility by cust service. Excs1: The offr is applcbl, if I hd dn very 1st rchrg of 350. As, my 1st rchrg ws nt rflctng in thr systm. Aftr prvdng thm the proof of my 350 rchrg purchs, Excs2: No such offr evr exstd. Wht a blunt lie! Aftr prvdng the proof, Excs3: The offr mntnd ws nt fr my circle (whch is wrong, as u hv to 1st chose the circle and thn the plan/offr gets listd on thr website).
