[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cheating and misleading offers | |||||
I had top up Rs. 289 for unlimited talktime on 14th of Feb 2017 on my T24 number [protected] but the plan did not get activated on 14th Feb and I called customer care 198 and they told me that since it was a black day they said that they would activate the plan by 12.00am on the same day. But they delayed and took two days to activate the plan cause of which I had to face a lot of problem. And the plan got activated on 17th Feb 2017 and the customer care assured me that I will get extra two days. And so the plan should have ended on 16th Mar 2017. But it got disconnected on 6th mar 2017. And so I called customer care they informed me that the plan has expired as I have made calls of 1500minutes. But nowhere in the SMS T24 and send me this conditions were there it was only reading that unlimited calling local and STD for 28days. The customer care executives are rude and not ready to help they keep us hanging for 20 - 30min. Your company is running due to we customers. I request you to give my money back or my talk time the balance of 12days at the earliest. Your company has put in so much inconvenience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
