[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Connectivity, Speed, Customer care | |||||
I have been facing connectivity, speed issues with the tata photon max wifi device that i had purchased. i have complained multiple times, but the only solution is do a reset and some technical person will call in 4 hours. that person also says the same thing, do a reset. even after doing this the issue remains. no connectivity, no speed. i have tata photon max wifi for 3 months now, seriously looking to stop service to the subscription and shift.
