Tata Docomo — convert Postpaid to prepaid still getting wrong calls | |||
Hi, I am getting calls from tata phtotn since 1 week to pay post paid bills as I converted my TATA Photon post paid to prepaid on 27th Aug, 2014 and after that recharged (prepaid) amount also. PFA for convertion details I think, its fake call[protected] . Please help on the same. We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern regarding billing for your Tata Photon connection number . However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not reachable.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have verified our records and found that currently there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 272/- in your account and there is no wrong billing request you to clear the same on priority.
