[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Customer care does not respond to calls. | |||
Since the last two months, I have been trying to call Tata DoCoMo Photon Customer care to cancel my connection (post paid) but to no avail. Since July 2016, I have stopped using my connection because I have shifted to a residence which has wifi and hence do not require Photon connection. Ikeep receiving reminders to pay outstanding rental, although the connection has been stopped. I request Tata DoCoMo to immediately cancel my connection and resolve the issue. Jayanta K. Banerjee.
