[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Customer Care people Cheating me and doing wrong promises | |||
Tata DoCoMo Dear Team, this is O.Veera Bala Raju. recently I changed my network from Reliance to Docomo. I had 91 rupees pending in reliance so docomo people deactivated my account. now I cleared the bill and current bill of docomo. still my no is not activated. when I call customer care they are not responding and some of them are saying it will get activated with in one hour or half an hour like that. this is going on from three days. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
As per the discussion over the call on your number: [protected] you have mentioned that your concern regarding activation of your number is resolved and the same has been confirmed over the call.
Further, your request for MNP (mobile number portability) can be done only the connection is completed at least 3 months on Network.
Kindly follow the given procedure to generate UPC Code;-
1. Send SMS from the existing (Donor Operator number).
a. SMS Port<space> Mobile no. to <1900> from the mobile number which you wish to port. You will be charged as per local SMS tariff for generating UPC code.
b. You will receive the UPC code instantly from 1901 number.
c. SMS will be charged as per the existing tariff plan.
2. UPC will be valid only for 15 days.
3. UPC code is 8 digit Alpha numeric code.
4. UPC needs to be generated from the same number for which the port out request needs to be registered.
