Tata Docomo — Data Internet Pack Charges deducted twice | |||
Consumer of TATA Docomo mobile service. Network quality is poor / worst in first hand and now already changed to Airtel which is far better . Complaint Summary : I wanted a for Internet pack so decided to purchase 1 GB for INR 95 . In between got a call from Marketing team to have this service activated for me for which i agreed & Activation time was 4-5hrs followed by SMS confirmation as informed by the tele-marketer Later after 5 hrs didn't receive any SMS not activation message also same balance with no updates. I did Internet activation by Docomo menu since i used a Smart phone. Surprisingly the charges was deducted 2x (Twice) INR95 x 2 = 190 INR (Double activation) Called Customer service # and response and very poor and some times disable feature to talk to customer service hotline. Confirmed by Docomo nothing can be done . Docomo don't have feature to check if service is activated of not. They steel money from consumers & don't care to refund the amount back too.
