Tata Docomo — Deducting my prepaid balance though I have free minutes left

I have TATA DOCOMO GSM prepay from Karnataka circle. I have recharged on 1st March with RS 348 plan as per which I get 3000 minutes free local and STD calls for 28 days. I have hardly made calls worth 200 minutes. But they are deducting my prepaid balance. When complained they said they have raised a complaint and I will get a call back after 3 days. For 3 days they suggested me to recharge my account to keep continuing my service.

What a solution to my problem. So my recharge of Rs 348 is useless. They could not provide any solution and I have to pay for their mistake. Useless pathetic service and more pathetic is their support division.
