[Resolved] Tata Docomo — deduction of 5rs from one month. till now 100 rs is deducted | |||
Even after launching complaints against tata docomo there is no action taken.. If i go to service centre they call customer care people and say you have activated so and so things.. It’s my phone i know i dint activate anything.. If activated it’s there work to deactivate but no actions are take still 5rs is cutting daily.. I need my refund with an apology from them.. What kind of service it is.. I’m using this no from almost ten years and they are treated me like this now. Please take an action.. And refund my money.. My no is [protected]. My phone not getting signal from 3 days
I had searched for the nerwork manually and found all the other forbidden networks but not Docomo. I Guess the whole problem with selling docomo company to airtel. But these guys should have sent us prior notice.
Its not fair. I have been using the number from 3 -4 year, plz sugges something to recover.
