very bad service...till now no response from them.

We tried to speak to you personally on your numbers to understand your concerns regarding balance deduction. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered. Kindly note that, when you browse internet on your mobile you will get some pop-ups. Hence I request you to avoid those pop-ups while browsing in message settings you need to do push settings as disable to avoid balance depletion .
I would like to inform you that, the balance deduction is due to the Mera Meal service, which is already deactivated on your number.
As of now, there are no VAS services activate on your number.
Kindly note that, already Rs. 15/- has been credited to your account with the docket number ABAL[protected] and your main account balance is Rs. 403/-and I request you to kindly check the same.
I would like to inform you that, voice sim cannot be used for Dongle and for that 3G dongle data profile sim is available and this can be used. Hence I request you to visit nearest Tata Docomo outlet in order to assist you better.
