Tata Docomo — disconnection of my service [protected] without any notice

I am using the Tatadocomo landline[protected] for the past 7 or 8 years. I have been paying bills on dot all these years. They were providing their services all right all these years.

Suddenly in Feb 2018 the line went dead and I though probably there is some mess up in payment of bills and paid Rs.472 on[protected] through ICICI Bank credit card (Transaction Id 74568228038330077001371) and again another Rs.472 on[protected] through ICICI Bank credit card (Transaction Id 74766518043806464684876). Even after payment twice the phone was not working. I dialled to their customer care where they told me they have changed the instrument and I should personally go with my Aadhar card to their Adyar outlet and pay some Rs.1500/- and get a new instrument. I am aged 66 and after great difficulty I located and reached their Adyar office. To my utter amazement they told me that they have discontinued the land line system and they will give no new instrument . They did not have the courtesy of atleast informing me in advance before they discontinued their landline.
What action TRAI is going to take for such unbecoming behaviour of this telecom company?

Now the second part of my complaint. I wanted refund of one Rs.472/- which I have paid twice. I telephoned to them today(![protected] and One Mr. Yuvaraj acknowledges that they have received double payment and after about 80 days it will be refunded. I asked him to acknowledge this fact by email so that at least there will be some record for the refund. He refused to do it. In their web site there is absolutely no way I can register this complaint as the system does NOT accept any complaint from landline holders. Only Mobile phone complaints are accepted by their Website. Neither their voice system will accept and register the complain nor their Web system will accept a complaint from a land line owner. What should I do? I told Mr Yuvaraj that I will register complaint with Trai. He says you go and register complaint anywhere. This is there in the recording at approximately 7 PM on[protected]. You may kindly verify this by calling for the voice recording.
Is this the PURPOSE FOR WHICH TELECOM WERE PRIVATISED WITH SO MUCH FANFARE? SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM PRIVATE SECTOR!

Tatadocomo has to answer for two things:
1. Why they dis connected my service without information and why their Voice caller mis- informed to go to Adyar to get new phone?
2. Why there is no method for giving complaint by a land line owner of TATADOCOMO.

Kindly take up the matter with them and advise me. Regards.
