[Resolved] Tata Docomo — discontinuation of my number without any reason | |||||
I was using tatadocomo sim for last 6 years & recently i got a message from docomo saying i need to submit my documents but i was out of town for some days so couldn't do that later on 10/07/17suddenly my outgoing calls were barred for which when i consulted the customer care they assured me that once i submit the documents everything would be fine. But on 11/07/17 my incoming calls were also barred & my sim was disconnected permanently. And when i consulted tata docomo customer care they told me that they are helpless & i need to get a new connection. I have quoted this number for all my official works plus i am having my account balance. What kind of services are you providing to your customers this is what we get a reward to be your loyal user?
