[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Discount applied after 8 months | |||
Dear Sir, I have been having a very hard time dealing with TATA Photon customer care guys, they are very careless and have provided no solution to the problem, I got upgraded my connection to WiFi on 8th march 2014 and tata has provided me 150 Rs discount for 13 months. but it was not applied after so many calls to customer care. Their billing department always call to collect the outstanding money and they have not any solution for the problems. They don't care what problem you are facing, just talk about bill. They applied discount from September 2014 which is totally unfair. Now my device has been deactivated and they are asking to pay 1821Rs to start the same. I am totally unsatisfied with the customer care, they are not providing valid reasons even they were not able to rectify the problem.
