[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Dive in pop up coming | |||
Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings Message Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help. Sir by a mustake full step, my tata docomo, sim blocked up and asking for PUK code, but i am attemed 10 time so sim is block, please help my phone number is [protected] and my email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com
