Tata Docomo — Dive in pop up notification | |||
Hi Team, I am using Lenovo phone and getting Dive in pop up notification every day. It is irritating that I have to press cancel tab 10 to 15 times to get rid of it. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Though I have not opted for any of your dove in services these irritating pop up window continues to appear. My phone number is [protected]. Dear Customer, we tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service centre for better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern visit mobile service centre for further proceedings.
