[Resolved] Tata Docomo — forced charges without permission. | |
Company charged rs96 for a value added service of fun bazaar games without any permission and action of the customer. There is neither any source to be tracked from where this charge originated and nor any kind of message, call or notification to take consent before activating. The only solution they are offering is to stop service but no refund will be given. The customer care seems to be busy and there is no option to contact customer care executive.
