[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Fraudulent case and intimidation from Tees Hazari Court, Delhi | |||
My complain is about unfair and illegal means of communication by Tata Docomo for recovering dues. My mother had Tata Photon Wifi max Number- [protected], but the wifi device started malfunctioning and service became worse as time progressed. I went to tata docomo franchise dealer located at Gurudwara, Naka Hindola, Lucknow, from where she bought it and complained about it. I also told him to talk to company related executive that we want to stop services. He told us it will take 15 days time and we waited but after 1 month we again got message from Tata Docomo that our bill had been generated. I went to that franchise dealer and his shop was closed, i went there for 3-4 times but the shop was closed every time. So I visited TATA Docomo Office and complained about it but still we got our next month bill of Rupees 2420 rupees. I call customer care and she told me that I have submit this amount of money before she could terminate my services. As there was no franchize dealer where my mother lives(That franchise shop at Gurudwara was still closed), I submitted that amount to mobile vendor named AMAR Sales, located near Gurudwara, Charbagh.(BILL COPY is being Attached) But still our service continued. I went to that franchise dealer again and I saw that TATA DOCOMO has given that franchise dealership to another person. I spoke about my problem and she again told me first you should submit your bill then she can request her superiors to terminate the post paid services so again I submitted the bill... But still our services was not stopped.. And again bill got generated. And we again submitted the bill at this new franchise. Now from October we are getting calls from TATA DOCOMO, to submit bill amount. And from December we getting threats from Tata Docomo representatives about case at tees hazari court Delhi and even one lady advocate called my mother and threatened her. Its sheer malpractices by the company and contempt of court. Do Customers have no right to block payment due to deficiency in service and malpractices by the company?
