Tata Docomo — harassment by tata docomo for dues pending | |||
I had deactivated the tata photon [[protected]] on 19th march 2018 via email to customer care. On 8th april i have cleared all my bill till 20th march 2018. And i had a conversation with customer care that i have already disconnected this number in march and i have cleared all my dues. If i receive any bill further i will not pay. After one month i got one more bill (20/03/18 to 19/04/18). Every day i am getting calls from tata docomo to clear outstanding and every day i am explaining when i have already disconnected and i haven’t used the data card for entire month (There is no single usage in april 18 bill) then why should customer pay and when he/she already disconnected the service. If this is the case that you people will harass your ex loyal customers (Who were paying bills on time from last 3 to 4 years without any delay). I have contacts who specialize in various fields of law and i will ensure this time i don’t spare you guys for harassing me. Kindly look into this matter.
