SIR, I BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I WAS NOT USED THE TATA PHOTON NO.[protected] FOR LAST ONE YEAR. ONE YEAR BACK, WHEN I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR PERMANENLTY DICCONNECT MY CONNECTION AFTER PAYING MY OUTSTANDING DUES, THEY CONTINOUSLY CALL ME AGAIN AND AGAIN TO CONTINUE THE NUMBER, BUT I SAID NO TO USE THE NUMBER. THEN THEY ASKED ME TO HOLD THE NUMBER FOR NEXT SIX MONTHS WITHOUT ANY MONTLY RENT EVEN AFTER SIX MONTHS IF I WOULD NOT LIKE TO START THE NUMBER, THEY WOULD AUTOMATICALLY PERMANENT DICCONE MY CONNECTION. NOW AFTER SIX MONTHS, MONTLY RENT ACCURED AGAINST MY NUMBER FOR LAST THREE MONTHS, I REPEATDLY SAID THAT I WOULD NOT USE THE NUMBER ANYMOREAND TOLD MY LAST YEAR CONVERSATIOON WITH THE TATA PHOTON CUSTOME CARE REPRESENTATIVE. BUT THEY DONOT READY HEAR ANY THING FROM MY SIDE, PLS SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS EARLY, OTHERWISE I SUE THE COMPANY IN THE CONSUMER COURT.
