Tata Docomo — I am complaining about recharge related

from Last 3 days i have recieved a msg that recharge with 28₹ u will get 250mb data but after recharging with 28₹ we gotted only 150mb data.
please allot me my remaining data.
ur servise is not good for fraudd with customer.
