I applied for the reactivation of tata photon dongle. The service centre person at chandanagar hyderabad d. Rajendra charged me rs. 720 but did not reactivate it. He is denying the refund. I want my money refund and action against this service centre person. He is so rude to customers. I want strict action against this tata photon service centre. Thank you.
